Why Does It Matter?
Your turning radius can actually make a crucial difference when you’re driving. For instance, for those time when you have to do a 180 on the road, your turning radius can be the difference between your ability to do a U-turn and your need to do 3-point turn. That might not mean much on an empty road, but it can make a world of difference on a busier one. In addition, when you have a favorable turning radius it can be easier to park. You’ll need less maneuvering, particularly in tight spots.
The Ideal Turning Radius
